GENERAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please note that there are 1-2 business days of processing time for all orders, except Express Shipping orders* (*please refer to the information under “Express Shipping” for more details).  All orders are subject to the following conditions of our shipping & delivery policy:

• Wrong Address (Article 1): When your order gets returned to us or delivered to a wrong address due to the wrong/insufficient address provided by you, you will be responsible to find the package delivered to the address or liable for reshipment costs once we confirm a new/updated address with you.
• Unclaimed (Article 2): When your order gets unclaimed and returned to us, you will be liable for reshipment costs.
• Delivery time (Article 3): Offered delivery time for all orders is not a  guaranteed delivery time but an estimate. Please note we, 365 In Love, are not liable for any types of delays occurred in transit of deliveryーlocal delays, weather delays, recipient’s unavailability or refusal,  customs and regulatory delays, and all others.

FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping options are offered for domestic shipping and other US territory regions only.  Carriers for Free Shipping are automatically selected depending on the product and shipping address. If your shipping address has limitation in terms of which carriers can deliver your package, you will be responsible to contact us. Otherwise,  your order will be shipped with a carrier automatically selected by our system.

• Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days
• Available Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
• Delivery Time: 3-15 business days (non-guaranteed)
• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses are between 7-21 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING - 2-day/Overnight Standard/Overnight Saturday

Please note that shipments for Express Shipping orders must be non-PO Box or non-APO address. 

• Order Processing Time: Same Day**

**Orders received by 12:00 p.m. (PST) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. (PST) will be considered next business day.

• Available Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (Fedex Overnight Saturday: Monday to Saturday)
• Delivery Time : 1-2 business days (conditionally guaranteed***)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

No Free Shipping is offered for international shipping.  Delivery services are available for most countries. You can check the available delivery services and shipping prices in checkout.

• Canada: Do not  provide a PO Box address since most international orders are shipped with private shipping service companies.
